More computers stolen from Ka`u High School


November 10, 2009 - Pahala, Hawaii

Once again, Hawaii police find themselves investigating another
computer burglary at Ka`u High School.

Police say that sometime between 4:15 p.m. Thursday, November 5 and 6:15 a.m. Monday, November 9, one or more persons forced entry into a classroom and
stole four white Apple Mac Book computers valued at $3,600.

In October,
nine black Lenovo laptops with a value of over $4,000 were stolen from the same school.

Police ask that anyone with information about the case call Officer Terence Ignacio at 939-2520 or the Police Department's non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
