Com-Guard, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CGUD) a provider of security systems and products for the PC computer industry, today announced that it has received a purchase order for an initial delivery of 1,500 of a total order of 5,000 units from Winterg
reen Systems, a supplier of Systems solutions to the Computer marketplace. Com-Guard will provide its patented Com-Guard Pro(TM) hardware and data-secure software product to Wintergreen Systems, to manufacture the combined Com-Guard Pro(TM) hardware and data-secure software and personal computer into the 'Com-Guard XP2400 SecurePC'product for delivery to TigerDirect.com.

These systems will include the anti-theft patented Com-Guard Pro(TM) hardware and data-secure software. The XP2400 SecurePC(TM) personal computer systems will be sold and supported by Wintergreen Systems under the brand name 'Com-Guard XP2400 SecurePC'and distributed by TigerDirect.com (www.tigerdirect.com), a subsidiary of Systemax Inc. (NYSE: SYX), and its subsidiaries Infotel, Misco and Global Computer Supply. Wintergreen Systems will also offer the Com-Guard XP2400 SecurePC(TM) to its customer base that includes mass merchants, corporate accounts and catalog resellers.
