Young thief nabbed

A 17-YEAR-OLD boy was arrested in connection with a spate of robberies in the Paphos district, while his 19-year-old accomplice remains at large, police said yesterday.

The 17-year-old allegedly confessed that he and his friend were responsible for 39 break-ins in the Paphos district that began last summer. The duo stole from houses and shops, including televisions, cameras, computers and cash amount to almost £50,000.
