FLORIDA FOUR CASES OF COMPUTER THEFT IN HOMES MiamiHerald.com 04/13/2006 Police Report: "A thief pried open the front door of a house in the 6900 block of Northwest 186th Street between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. March 30 and stole computer equipment and video games valued at $550 and caused damage estimated at $20.

A burglar pried open a bathroom window in the 19600 block of Northwest 82nd Place between 8:45 a.m. and 3 p.m. March 29 and took computer equipment and video games valued at $1,495."

A thief pried open a front door in the 6900 block of Northwest 186th Street between 10 a.m. and 2:40 p.m. March 30 and stole two Compaq computers valued at $1,600

Burglars removed two televisions, a DVD player, computer equipment and jewelry valued at $1,330 from a home in the 18000 block of Northwest 41st Place between 7:30 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. March 8. The thieves removed the safety pin from iron bars covering a broken window to get into the house.
