COLORADO COMPUTERS STOLEN BY UTILITY EMPLOYEEThe Denver Post - Springs utility employee charged with computer theft An employee of the Colorado Springs Utilities has been charged with felony theft of computer equipment from the gas and electric company. On Thursday, Russell Harbach, 52, of Colorado Springs, was charged with felony theft and computer crime. Police said Harbach had stolen approximately $7,100 worth of computer equipment and IT repair equipment from the company during July and August of this year. Harbach allegedly then tried to sell the equipment on E-Bay. Police said they recovered about $2,150 worth of equipment from Harbach.
