$30,000 Worth of Computers Stolen from SchoolBy Joe Jackson
MAYFIELD, KY - The Graves County Sheriff's Office is investigating the theft of $30,000 worth of computers from Graves County Middle School. Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon said the theft took place late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.

Redmon said approximately 35 desktop computers were stolen in all. He said the thieves completely cleaned out one of the school's computer labs and also stole computers from three offices.

Redmon said there was no sign of forced entry. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's office at 247-4501 or Crime Stoppers at 247-5000.
