Warrant: Asheville man stole school's computers

CANDLER — Authorities arrested an Asheville man they say stole five computers from Candler Elementary School.

Michael Thomas Coyne, 36, of Riverside Drive, was charged Tuesday with breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. The computers were valued at $1,000 each and belonged to Buncombe County Schools, according to an arrest warrant.

Coyne’s bond was set at $10,000.
