VINELAND -Vineland Police are investigating the theft of a computer from a local hospital.

Vineland Police say that the computer was taken from an unsecured filing room in the radiology department of the Inspira Health Network.

The computer, valued at $2,800 was password protected.

The hospital released a statement Thursday saying, "every indication to this point is there was not patient information on that computer."

The hospital is investigating and working with Vineland Police on the theft.
