JAMAICA COMPUTER STOLEN FROM HIGH SCHOOL Thieves make off with computer, PA system from Marcus Garvey Tech - JAMAICAOBSERVER.COMOCHO RIOS, St Ann - A computer and a public address system were Wednesday night stolen from the Marcus Garvey Technical High School in St Ann's Bay, after three armed men chased away the watchman on duty.

The watchman, in his attempt to escape, received minor injuries when he jumped from one of the buildings.

"I got a call last night from the night watchman that he was chased by gunmen and he discovered that the place was broken into," principal of the school, Leslie Riley, told the Observer yesterday.

"There was forced entry to the staff room and to my office. The door was kicked off and the office was ransacked. The PA system that I use to communicate with the students and a computer were stolen," said the principal.
