Morning Keynote Speaker: Roger W. Cressey, President of Good Harbor Consulting, LLC, advising clients on homeland security, cybersecurity and counterterrorism issues. Previously, Mr. Cressey served as Chief of Staff to the President's Critical Infrastructure Protection Board at the White House from November 2001 to September 2002. From November 1999 to November 2001, Mr. Cressey served as Director for Transnational Threats on the National Security Council staff, where he was responsible for coordination and implementation of US counter-terrorism policy. During this period, he managed the U.S. Government's response to the Millennium terror alert, the USS COLE attack and the September 11th attacks. Recently, Mr. Cressey has been appointed terrorist analyst to NBC news.
Jack Mallon, Senior Managing Director, Mallon Associates, a division of C.E. Unterberg, Towbin (CEUT) has more than 25 years of financial, legal and operational experience in the security industry. He was the founder and managing director of Mallon Associates, which last year joined with CEUT, a full service investment bank focusing on emerging growth companies. The firm initiates, structures and advises on mergers & acquisitions, raises capital and performs strategic consulting services. It also publishes Mallon’s Security Report, a monthly financial newsletter providing information on investment opportunities, news and commentary on important transactions, events and executives in the security industry.
Afternoon Speaker: Dan Inbar, Chairman and CTO, Homeland Security Research Corporation (HSRC), 30 years of world-renowned experience in dozens of security, technology, research & development, marketing, market research and corporate management. Prior to joining HSRC, Mr. Inbar served as CTO, V.P. R&D, V. P. Marketing, Director and Chairman of several corporations, including Elscint Inc. and Elscint ltd. His expertise is in nuclear detection systems, chemical agent detection, and computerized tomography to name a few. Mr. Inbar received several prestigious awards for his achievements in computerized tomography, nuclear medicine and marketing.
