OREGON LAPTOP STOLEN IN LIBRARY .: Corvallis Gazette-Times :. News: "RETURNED TO SENDER: 4:30 p.m., Valley Library, OSU. A citizen called to report she'd left her $3,000 laptop unattended for a while on a study desk in the library and when she returned, it was gone. She filed a theft report with police. The next day, in the same library, she saw a 14-year-old boy using her stolen computer. When troopers arrived, he admitted he'd taken it. It apparently had not occurred to the youngster that the person whose computer he allegedly stole in the library might be a frequent visitor there. The boy was arrested and cited into juvenile court."
