On January 20, 2004, Absolute announced a three-year $1.5 million purchasing agreement with the Philadelphia School District, which included the District participating as a reference account. Having the Philadelphia School District as a reference account for Absolute has had a positive influence on the new sales contracts this quarter-to-date. Absolute's recent sales growth has also been positively impacted by the introduction of a theft recovery guarantee to the Company's ComputraceComplete product.
