Police are seeking the public's help in solving a Christmas Eve theft of computers from Gubser Elementary School, 6610 14th Ave. NE.
Principal Phil Newton called Keizer police Sunday to report that several thousand dollars worth of computers and related equipment had been taken.
Evidence at the scene suggests that the forced entry into the building occurred in the pre-dawn hours Friday, said Keizer Police Capt. John Teague.
Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call Keizer Police Detective Chris Brodniak, (503) 390-3713, Ext. 282.
