CONNECTICUT COMPUTERS STOLEN FROM SIKORSKY AIRCRAFTWTNH.com - Court records: computer theft suspect threatens informantBridgeport-AP, Feb. 11, 2005 7:35 AM) _ The man accused of leading a computer theft ring at Sikorsky Aircraft threatened to kill the people who turned him in to authorities, according to court papers released at his federal detention hearing.
Thirty-four-year-old Calvin Mackey of Bridgeport is accused of heading up a conspiracy to steal more than $1 million in computers, data and programs.
He was arrested last week and is under suicide watch in a Bridgeport prison. Federal prosecutors argued this week he should be held without bond. Mackey is the third person arrested in the investigation.
