ILLINOIS COMPUTERS STOLEN FROM SCHOOLMacomb Journal: Local NewsMACOMB - A Plymouth teen pleaded guilty on two counts of burglary in McDonough County Circuit Court on Wednesday afternoon.

John Fitzjarrald, 18, was arrested in November following a series of burglaries at Catch-a-Star Learning Center in Macomb. Macomb Police reports from the incident indicate that Fitzjarrald, along with Joseph J. Barnes, 30, of Macomb, Joshua R. Moulton, 24, of Macomb, took eight computers from the school. Reports also indicated that the trio entered the school on three separate occasions, removing seven desktop computers and a laptop computer with a total value of between $4,000 and $5,000.
Officers stated that the three entered the building through a loose door they found while walking by.

All of the stolen items are believed to have been recovered.

In a negotiated plea Fitzjarrald was sentenced to two years felony probation, ordered to pay all court costs, fines, penalties and a $250 public defender reimbursement fee.

He was also sentenced to 180 days in the McDonough County Jail subject to remittal and ordered to pay restitution of $4118.46 with his co-defendants.
