A traffic stop in Wayne County leads cops to thousands of dollars in stolen school property. Delbert Owens is charged with felony breaking and entering into Norwayne Middle School. Cops say Owens was driving a stolen car full of computers, televisions and other school equipment. He allegedly broke in overnight. Owens is also charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drugs and driving with a revoked license. He's being held on a $150,000 dollar secured bond.
