CALIFORNIA COMPUTERS STOLEN AT GOLF COURSETahoe Daily Tribune - News: "Two Dell Latitude laptop computers worth a total of $2,400 were reported stolen July 15 from an announcement booth near the 18th hole at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, a Douglas County sheriff's deputy said.

The computers were secured inside the booth but a door was pried open with a clamp. A deputy patrolling the grounds at night for the American Century Championship stated he encountered one man walking the area who claimed he worked for the tournament."
