PENNSYLVANIA COMPUTERS STOLEN FROM BUSINESSNorth and West police blotter - PittsburghLIVE.com: "Cranberry
An employee of Cannon USA on Freedom Road in Cranberry waived his June 8 preliminary hearing before Cranberry District Judge Kelley Streib on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, involving the disappearance of two laptop computers and a digital camera worth $4,295. Witnesses said Timothy J. Arbogast, 18, of Boardman, Ohio, placed the items in a garbage bag which he later put in a van at the work site on May 10, offering to 'take care of the garbage,' but planning to sell at least one of the computers for $100, court documents state.
Although Arbogast initially told police he threw one of the computers out of his car window as he was driving home, he contacted police on May 13 to tell them he had recovered one of the laptops, police said. "
