GREENSBURG, Pa. -- Three weeks before the start of classes, about $40,000 worth of computers and other equipment was stolen from Greensburg Central Catholic High School.

Police told Channel 4 Action News Westmoreland Bureau Chief Jennifer Miele that laptops, flat-screen monitors, a television and walkie-talkies were swiped over the weekend.

Investigators said they are reviewing security camera tapes.

School officials said insurance will cover the losses, but the replacement computers won't be hooked up in time for the first day of classes."
