Yesterday morning just after 7 a.m., 23-year-old Henry Cadreau of 28 Hughes Street was arrested and charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of possession of property obtained by crime.

It is alleged that at approximately 6:30 a.m. yesterday the accused stole a computer tower and two ball caps from a civic address in the 500 block of Albert Street West and left the area on a bike.

The accused was located in the downtown area and arrested without incident.

The accused was being held for bail court today.

Later in the day officers from Investigation Services charged the accused with two counts of threatening and one count of possession of property obtained by crime.

It is alleged that the accused threatened to harm a male and a female who took back a bike it is alleged the accused had stolen.

Mr. Cadreau will appear in bail court on all of the charges this morning
