Chandigarh, October 21: CHANDIGARH Police today nabbed two persons on charges of theft and recovered three stolen laptop computers from their possession. Those arrested include Benson Massey and Romi, both residents of Sector 38.

Police officials said, two laptop computers were stolen from ICICI Bank and the third one was stolen from Reliance office in Sector 9 in the past few weeks.

Police said ICICI Bank trains its recruits on laptop computers. ‘‘There are five students (recruits) in each class and an instructor. The accused entered their class room and stole the laptops while they had gone out for lunch,’’ said Inspector Balihar Singh, SHO, Police Station-3.

UT Police produced both the accused in local court here today. The court remanded both of them in police custody till tomorrow.
