-->LAKEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2006--Auto Injury Services ("AIS"), the personal auto insurance services division of Concentra Integrated Services, Inc., said today that on December 4, 2005, a computer was stolen from one of its customer service call centers, resulting in a Security/Privacy incident. The computer contained data pertaining to approximately 65,000 auto-injury claims, some of which included Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

"We very much regret that this situation occurred and understand it may cause concern for our clients," said Matt Elges, President, Auto Injury Services. "We are in the process of mailing notification letters to the affected individuals and will be available to answer any questions they may have.

"We take our commitment to maintaining the security of confidential information very seriously," Elges continued. "We have alerted local authorities and we continue to cooperate with them in pursuing a thorough investigation of the matter. In addition, we have implemented enhanced security measures to prevent a recurrence of this type of incident."

Although it has not been determined that the information was misused or disclosed in any way, it is possible the information may have been compromised. As a precaution, individuals affected are being alerted via notification letters so they may take appropriate steps to protect themselves. To assist its clients to proactively protect themselves against the possibility of identity theft, AIS is offering them the opportunity to place fraud alerts on their credit files, including credit monitoring, for up to one year at no cost.
