ControlGuard, an Israeli provider of enterprise-grade endpoint security solutions, has announced that Duane Morris LLP, one of the largest 100 law firms in the United States, has selected Endpoint Access Manager to manage the secure use of removable media and portable devices for its more than 1,350 lawyers, legal professionals and staff.

Duane Morris realized that commonly used removable media and portable devices, like thumb drives, CDs, iPods and cell phones, are vulnerable to a wide array of security threats. With the rise of data theft scandals plaguing corporate America, Duane Morris did not want to take any chances. The law firm selected ControlGuard to secure the use of portable devices.

ControlGuard's Endpoint Access Manager allows Duane Morris to centrally control, monitor and record how data is uploaded and downloaded from removable media and portable devices to desktop and laptop computers.
