NEW YORK STOLEN COMPUTER RECOVERED Drug raid nets two in Sullivan: "Summitville - Police seized a pound of cocaine, a handgun and a stolen computer in a weekend drug raid on Mount Vernon Road.

John Gutierrez, 25, and Amber Tsoucalas, 21, were arrested early Saturday when the Sullivan County Sheriff's Department raided their home at 277 Mount Vernon Road, Summitville.

Police seized cocaine, marijuana and a handgun.

Gutierrez and Tsoucalas were charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of marijuana and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies.

They were arraigned and sent to Sullivan County Jail without bail, pending court appearances. Undersheriff Eric Chaboty declined to comment at this point on any details of the case."
