McGee, 27, Mount Vernon, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering and one count of safecracking. On Jan. 30, at about 4:30 a.m., a South Main Street business was broken into and various items were stolen, including electric guitars, computer equipment, 12- and 24-packs of various soft drinks and a large amount of candy. The cash register drawer and a metal cash box had also been pried open, Thatcher said. Sgt. Troy Glazier of the MVPD found McGee in the area with a computer mouse in his pocket that had been taken from the business. Upon further investigation, other stolen items were found in McGee’s apartment."
