Arrest made in computer theft
YMCA says laptop gone in September

A Kendallville man accused of stealing a computer from a YMCA in downtown Fort Wayne was arrested Wednesday, police said.

Randy J. Keeling, 20, of the 800 block of South Schoolhouse Road in Kendallville, was arrested on a theft charge.

He was being held at the Allen County Lockup in lieu of $2,500 bail.

The YMCA, 1020 S. Barr St., had reported a laptop computer missing in September. The computer was later found in a local pawn shop.

Police have been looking for Keeling as a possible suspect, a report said.

Keeling was caught by Kendallville and Avilla police Wednesday and was held for Fort Wayne police, according to the report."
