The following is a partial list of incidents investigated by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, according to its reports:
House burglary: Someone broke into a home on Pittsford-Henrietta Town Line Road between 9:30 a.m. and shortly after noon on May 1. Stolen were a Dell laptop computer, a leather backpack, jewelry in a silver-plated jewelry box, a collection of Civil War-era paper currency, antique coins and personal papers from two bedrooms. The thieves entered through an unlocked rear garage door and pried open an interior side door.
Computers, jewelry stolen: A Rollins Crossing resident reported that between 3:30 and 6:15 p.m. May 7, someone entered through the unlocked front door of the home and stole two laptop computers and an assortment of men’s and women’s jewelry.
Jewelry, computers stolen: Someone entered a residence on Rollins Crossing through an unlocked front door between 3:30 and 6:15 p.m. May 7. Taken from the house were various pieces of jewelry and two laptop computers.
House burglary: Someone entered an unlocked rear garage door in the 400 block of Pittsford-Henrietta Town Line Road, then pried open the interior door and gained access to the residence between 9:30 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. May 1. Once inside, the intruder or intruders stole a Dell laptop computer and a leather case from an upstairs bedroom. Taken from the master bedroom were a silver-plated jewelry box containing jewelry, a collection of Civil War era paper currency, antique coins and personal papers. A pillowcase also was taken from the master bedroom.
