ASBURY PARK — In a quick arrest a half-hour after computers were discovered stolen Friday, police have charged three men and a woman in the theft of computer equipment from the Little Tot's Preschool on Grand Avenue.

Police confiscated a large stash of stolen items from multiple locations when they made the arrests at a Second Avenue home. The items included electronic and computer equipment and power tools, police Lt. David Kelso said.

Those arrested were: Leroy Kyles, 50, of First Avenue, charged with burglary, theft and obstruction; David MoJica, 23, of Second Avenue, charged with receiving stolen property and obstruction; Rudy Hernandez, 20, of Long Branch, charged with receiving stolen property and obstruction; and Karina Martinez, 18, of Second Avenue, charged with receiving stolen property, police said.
Kyles, MoJica and Hernandez all were arrested at the home of MoJica and Martinez in the 200 block of Second Ave.

Martinez was arrested at police headquarters and released on a summons, Kelso said.

Kelso asked that anyone who has had a recent theft, call Detective Terry Williams or Detective Randall Hill at (732) 774-1300.

"We're trying to backtrack all of our recent burglaries and thefts," Kelso said. "Hopefully some cases will be closed."

Kyles was being held in the Monmouth County Jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $35,000 bail. MoJica posted bail Saturday. The jail did not have information on Hernandez.

This people should be put in jail forever. It's scary to live in a town worrying about this trash coming to try and steal everything you work for. Rudy Hernandez is not only a thief but a rapist he should be in jail.
