Electronics stolen from Rent-A-Center

Deputies are searching for the people responsible for stealing a plasma television, eight video game consoles and six computers from a Lehigh Acres Rent-A-Center, according to the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies believe the crime happened sometime between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 5:20 a.m. Thursday. The business owner said his alarm company contacted him to let his know someone had broken through the glass front door on the Rent-A-Center.
Suspects also used a broken-off aluminum door handle to break glass on displays and steal electronics. The store owner told deputies he may have some video of the crime, but the security video recorder was off.
The thieves allegedly took $300 in cash, two IBM personal computers, four Hewlett Packard personal computers, four Xbox 360s, four Sony PSPs and a Magnavox plasma television. The electronics are worth $4,640 in all, based on cost estimates provided to deputies.
