RCMP retrieve stolen goddies

BURNABY/CKNW(AM980) - Burnaby Mounties have recovered up to 200-thousand dollars in stolen property after two arrests by Burnaby Strike Force members earlier this month.

Corporal Jane Baptista says police have re-united some of the items with their rightful owners tying some of the goods to robberies stretching back to last November, many in the Hastings and Lougheed Highway areas, 'It ranges from electronics including televisions, computers, cel phones, many remote controlled toys like big airplanes and boats. There's Native art and other ethnic art and artifacts, tools, videos, clothing from sports stores and much more.'

36-year old Cholatit Kheawchareorn and 41-year old Linda Chies, both of Burnaby, face numerous charges.
