CALIFORNIA COMPUTERS STOLEN FROM OFFICES After two-month lull, commercial burglaries resume:

• An office burglary at 617 S. Lower Sacramento Road. In August, shortly before the smash-and-grab trend started, computers were stolen from three offices in the building. On Friday, employees arrived at 8:40 a.m. to find five laptops missing.
