It probably only took a few minutes to carry out, but a break-in at a northeast Calgary business cost the victims $2,500 in losses.

Sometime between midnight on April 7 and 4:30 p.m. on April 8, culprits broke into Exploration Plastics Ltd., located at 2320 24 Ave. N.E., by smashing the front door, said police.

The crooks made away with two computers and monitors valued at $1,500 and caused approximately $1,000 in damages.
