BD8,000 theft at teacher's home

POLICE are hunting for an intruder, who broke into the house of an American schoolteacher and allegedly stole a laptop computer and a safe box containing BD8,000.

The teacher, who works at Bahrain School, reported to police that someone broke into her home in Yateem Gardens, Adliya, through the window, sources told the GDN. S

he said that she had left the house in the morning and when she returned later she found her house in a mess.

'Her closets were open and it appeared that someone had gone through her belongings,' said the sources."
