• MIAMI GARDENS
A burglar made off with a laptop computer after crawling through a bedroom window at a house in the 200 block of Northwest 183rd Terrace between 11 p.m. Oct. 1 and 6:30 p.m. Oct. 2. The laptop was valued at $800. Damage was estimated at $20.
A burglar made off with a television, computer, camera and jewelry from a house in the 4400 block of Northwest 156th Street between 10 p.m. Oct. 1 and 7 p.m. Oct. 2. The stolen items were valued at $3,500.
• OPA-LOCKA
A burglar made off with jewelry and a laptop computer after breaking a window at a home in the 1000 block of Opa-locka Boulevard between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Oct. 29. The jewelry and the laptop computer were valued at $2,927. Damage was estimated at $300.
A thief tried to steal a silver 2000 Chevrolet in the 2000 block of 135th Terrace at 3:30 a.m. Oct. 30. Police said the owner woke up after hearing the car alarm and then saw an older-model 1990s Toyota Camry parked behind his car speed away.
• GRATIGNY
A burglar broke a window at a house in the 11400 block of Northwest 12th Avenue and stole a computer, a television and a video game between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. Oct. 30. The stolen items were valued at $3,800. Damage was estimated at $80.
• MIAMI LAKES AREA
Burglars made off with two televisions, a laptop computer, a radio, $1,800 and other items after prying open the front door at an apartment in the 18100 block of Northwest 68th Avenue between 9 a.m. Nov. 2 and 2:45 a.m. Nov. 3. The stolen items were valued at $2,258.
