Police seek help in Laupahoehoe High School computer thefts
By 67AM KPUA News
Hawaii County police are asking for the public's help in identifying the person or persons who stole five computers from Laupahoehoe High School.
The brand-new black and silver Lenovo brand laptop computers were removed from the school sometime in February. They are valued at $1,000 each.
Police ask anyone with information about the computers to call Officer Michael DeCoito at 962-2120 or the Police Department's non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 392-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
