PORT ST. LUCIE — The manager of an OfficeMax told police Tuesday that he thinks four computers were stolen during the past week from his store, according to a police report released Thursday.
He told investigators that while reviewing surveillance video, he saw two men enter the store in the 10000 block of Southwest Village Parkway in Tradition on Sunday and take two desktop computers, each valued at $569.99. He said on the video it appears the men walked to the side of the building and removed the security devices wrapped around the outside of the computer boxes. The devices were later found in another aisle.
One of the men was then seen walking out of the store with the computers in his shopping cart. It was also determined that the same men stole two other computers on July 2, according to the report.
