Dog hailed a hero after thieves burglarize Humane Society

MISHAWAKA — Sometime between midnight and seven this morning, the Saint Joseph County Humane Society was burglarized. Thieves stole vaccines, cash, computer equipment and set a dozen animals free. One of the animals, is being hailed a hero.
