BRIEF: Laptop computers stolen from Plainedge High School

Jun 18, 2009 (Newsday - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Nine laptop computers were stolen overnight from Plainedge High School in North Massapequa, Nassau police said Wednesday.

The burglars made their entry through a second-floor window of the building at 241 Wyngate Dr., police said. They took the computers, which have a total value of about $19,800, sometime between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 2 a.m. Wednesday.
