St. Charles crime: Teen charged in theft of computer equipment

A St. Charles teenager was charged with burglary and felony theft after two stolen computers and a computer monitor were recovered at his residence, police said.

John Tugman, 19, of the 1700 block of Lucylle Avenue was arrested July 24 while police were investigating the theft of computers and computer equipment that occurred June 20 from the clubhouse of the AMLI apartment complex, 100 Lakeside Drive, St. Charles, police said.

Tugman is not a tenant of the apartment complex.
