Theft/Felony, 300 Block E Shepherd Street: A City of Lufkin laptop computer was recovered in Waco Wednesday. It was recovered when it was taken to a shop to have the log-in password changed by a known suspect. It's not known how the suspect came into possession of the computer or when it was stolen.
