NEW YORK DOT COMPUTER STOLEN WNYT.com - N.Y. State employees arrested on theft charges: Denise Clark, 50, of Schenectady, is a therapy aide with Office of Mental Health. According to a news release, Clark is assigned to the Capital District Psychiatric Center's Union Street home in Schenectady. The Inspector General's office has accused Clark of stealing two state benefit cards and using them to buy $550 in groceries. She faces two felony counts of criminal possession ofstolen property. William Goodine, 23, of Ravena, is a laborer with the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General in Albany. According to a news release, Goodine was charged with grand larceny and official misconduct for allegedly stealing a state credit card and using it to buy gas for his personal pickup truck. Robert Colvin, 24, of Unadilla, is an engineering technician for the state Department of Transportation. According to Saturday's release, Colvin faces grand larceny charges for allegedly stealing a DOT laptop computer . He's also accused of using a state credit card to bail himself out of jail. He was in jail on harassment charges surrounding an unrelated domestic dispute, the Inspector General reported.

ALBANY — The New York State Inspector General's office announced Saturday that three state employees are under arrest. All three face charges related to the theft of state resources. Their cases are unrelated.
