Greenville police responded to a report that someone broke into the Pirates Auto Car Center on Tuesday at 2616 E. 10th St. and stole a laptop automotive computer valued at $8,500, a Genesis automotive scanning tool valued at $3,500, a SnapOn automotive scanner valued at $2,000, a BMW timing kit valued at $700, a Volkswagen timing kit valued at $700 and a Volvo timing kit valued at $250.

Gun, electronics stolen

Someone reportedly
broke into a 27-year-old man's home on Wednesday in the 900 block of Spring Forest Road and stole a Glock .45-caliber semi-automatic pistol valued at $600, two televisions valued at $2,600, an iPod and docking station valued at $550, a laptop valued at $2,000 and a digital recorder valued at $500, according to a police report.

Home break-in

Pitt County deputies responded to a report that
someone broke into the True Temple Church of God on Tuesday at 407 N.C. 903 North, stole three computers valued at $2,000 and damaged five door frames valued at $1,000.
