OPP investigate Oakland break and enter

A 27-inch television was one of several items stolen from a King Street home in Oakland during a Thursday break-in, provincial police say.
The break-in took place sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. after a door was forced open. A computer and monitor, a digital camera and jewelry were also stolen from the home, Brant OPP say.
The stolen property is worth an estimated $1,500.
Anyone who may have seen suspicious activity on King Street in Oakland on Thursday is asked to call Brant County OPP at 519-442-2242 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
