Crime Stoppers: Laptop Thief Wanted
HOUSTON — Crime Stoppers and Houston Police are looking for a man who stole laptop computers from a Northwest Houston office building.
The man has remained unidentified since the incident occurred on July 25. According to police, the suspect walked into an office building at 2200 North Loop West around 11:15 a.m. and rode an elevator up to a suite of offices where he stole several laptops and a projector. He then calmly walked out of the building with the stolen items, officials said.
The man was captured on surveillance cameras in the hallways and elevator lobby.
If you recognize the laptop thief, call Crime Stoppers at (713) 222-TIPS. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for any information that leads to the identification, charging or arrest of the suspect in this case.
