Computers stolen from church

TWO SEANIX compters were stolen from Knox United Church on Lazelle Ave. sometime over night between Dec. 19-20 as a result of a break in, report Terrace RCMP.

Approximately $20 in cash was stolen as well.

"Minor damage was incurred as a result of the forced entry. The Terrace Forensic Identification Section attended and the file is currently under investigation," indicates an RCMP release.

"Nothing says 'Merry Christmas' like breaking into a church," the release states.

"Both suspect males where described as tall. One had a slim build with glasses and the other was a medium build with a mustache. Both males were in their 30's and were wearing black toques," stated an RCMP release.

"Once the males passed the victim was struck from behind and hit the ground where he passed out. There is no indication that this was a robbery," the release continues.

"Police are looking for witnesses in this matter. If you have any information please contact Cst.Lauriault of the Terrace RCMP."
