Church burglarized for fourth time this month

A local church was burglarized Tuesday for the fourth time since Dec. 11, according to police.

Computer equipment has been stolen from Palm Springs Baptist Church, 1696 S. El Cielo Road, in each of the burglaries, according to Palm Springs police.

Two laptops and a projector were stolen in the Dec. 11 burglary.

That was followed by additional burglaries on Dec. 12 and Dec. 18.

Police have increased patrols in the area and collected evidence in recent weeks, but no suspects have been identified.
