Thief takes computers, coin collection and weapon from Miami Lakes residence
A thief stole three laptop computers, a Mossberg .22-caliber rifle and a coin collection after prying open a rear door at a house in the 15500 block of Northwest 82nd Place between noon and 11 p.m. Dec. 12. The stolen items were valued at $8,000. Damage was estimated at $50.

A thief stole a laptop computer, two watches, a camera, a purse and clothes valued at $2,992 after breaking a window on a 2008 GMC Sierra in the 16700 block of Northwest 82nd Court between 10 p.m. Dec. 12 and 7:30 a.m. Dec. 13. Damage was estimated at $150.
