LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. --Broward Sheriff's Office detectives are looking for a man who stole a brand new laptop as other customers shopped at a Radio Shack in Lauderdale Lakes.
Detectives said the theft occurred April 6 at the Radio Shack located at 2904 N. State Road 7.
Surveillance video showed the man take the computer from behind a desk and walk out of the store.
Investigators said the man walked in, expressed interest in buying two laptops and when an employee went to get the second one, the man stole the first one from behind a desk. The stolen computer was an HP Pavilion G6 laptop.
Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to contact detectives at 954-497-1646.
