Lafayette police are investigating an overnight incident at Paul Breaux Middle School.

Cpl. Paul Mouton, spokesman for the Lafayette Police Department, said the three suspects broke into the school and entered four or five rooms, including the office, library and classrooms.

It appears that electronic items and computers were stolen, although police are still working on a complete inventory to determine exactly how many items were taken.

The suspects are described as three black males, possibly in their teens.
