A Safford officer was dispatched to the junior high school at about 5:44 p.m. regarding the theft of a school-issued Dell laptop computer.
The victim said he left all his belongings, including the computer, in the school's locker room during football practice because he hadn't been issued a gym locker. Upon his return from practice, he realized the laptop and its case was missing.
Anyone with information about the missing computers should call the Safford Police Department at 432-4100.
